Unwinder of base fabric
The unwinder consists of the Run over shelf, the EPC, the Scroll cylinder, the Unwinder shaft, the Inverter, the Reducing speed motor, and the SERVO MOTOR.
The unwinder is equipped with automatic deviation rectification device. Unique pneumatic scroll mode is very convenient to use.
Printing system
PLC controls the run of complete machine. When the printing system stop, ink distribution motor will work automatically and keep the degree of uniformity of printing ink. When start this machine again, the production rejects can be reduced. It is very convenient for automatic circulating system of printing ink to control the concentration and degree of uniformity of printing ink. The overprinting accuracy of printing system will be 40 mm at transverse direction and 3600 without stop. The speed is controlled by transducer
Drying system
The drying system is independent of the printing system. The dry effect can be controlled in accordance with actual condition. The oven temperature can be controlled automatically.
